Single variety dry cider. Made from Kingston Black apples harvested from a row of old trees in Herefordshire, fermented and cellared in the Cambrian Mountains.
On the nose, cinnamon, vanilla and buttered toast. On the palate, a delicate natural carbonation, tropical fruit acidity and a complex tannic backbone. 6.9%
Welsh Mountain Cider is made from 100% fresh juice, naturally fermented and cellar aged. All of their ciders are live and unpasteurized with no added sulphites.
Their cider is made from carefully selected varieties of sweet, bittersweet and sharp apples, which are pressed and allowed to naturally ferment slowly over the winter with their own natural yeasts.
The cider is left to mature for between 6 months and two years, and is then bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized, and without added sulphites.
