Delivery & Returns
Deliveries will be posted every Thursday, with 1-2 days delivery time depending on location. Due to rise in fuel prices, delivery costs have almost doubled. I have absorbed some of the cost, to make it £10 (to mainland UK) and free for orders above £80. Delivery to Ireland and UK islands is £30.
If you're not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To begin the return process, please contact us via email at info@aeble.co.uk and post your return to 17 Rodger Street, Anstruther, KY10 3DU. We recommend you use the original packaging to prevent breakages. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty originally.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and process your refund. If approved, then your refund/replacement will then be processed, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take longer to refund.
