A summery gem from one of the Rhône valley's most southern vineyards. 2/3 whole bunch, crushed and fermented, 1/3 destemmed, crushed and macerated for 10 days on skins mixed with native yeast, giving a little minerality and orange blossom floral notes alongside a prominent flavour of juicy peach.
