Another wild co ferment from our favourite wild co-fermenters, Pilton! This time a keeved cider makes up the base of this blend with fermented blackcurrants, greengages, gooseberries, redcurrants, whitecurrants and cherries added for an explosion of jammy, sweet cider with a slight acidic kick.
