Sweet cider macerated on pinot noir grape skins
Pilton's fabulous collaboration with the one and only Martyn Goodwin-Sharman (aka @cidershit on Instagram) returns and they've gone back to their roots by using the same grape skins as the inaugural In Touch release. No tissue paper or online reveal this time though, just a sublime blend of keeved cider with some punchy pinot tannins in there for body.
