A blend of bittersweet and bittersharp apple varietals including Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Kingston Black, with a smattering of sharp Foxwhelp to balance the residual sweetness; all aged in old oak barrels with wild yeast.
TASTING NOTES
A deep burnished orange amber colour with a light carbonation. It's rich and spicy, with bittersweet phenolics and nice barrel aged elements.
