Our 100% pure juice BRUT cider is made from a blend of cider apples, selected for their delicate flavours that combine freshness and thirst-quenching properties, combined with slow fermentation.

Sparkling on the palate, beautifully rounded, with a lovely acidity and light bitterness, and a full body.

Serve chilled, between 7 and 9’C

Ideal to accompany your savoury dishes such as meat and savoury galettes, or with fruit ice cream.
