Inspired by our old, heritage orchard, and with assistance from Fife LEADER, we planted a new orchard and East Neuk Orchards came into being. The carefully selected apples are grown and handpicked from our own and other orchards and gardens within Fife. They are traditionally hand pressed in small batches, the juice bottled and then gently pasteurised – all here at Gillingshill. The apples are tracked from tree to bottle and we can tell you exactly where they came from on a bottle by bottle basis.
