A rich and complex oyster stout brewed to an export strength. This decadent dark ale is made with oyster shells from Gigha and Loch Fyne, single origin cacao husks sourced from Bare Bones Chocolate and Belgian dark candi sugar. Expect a velvety mouthfeel and flavours of sea spray, caramel, blackberries, coffee, baked nuts and chocolate. It’s all sea salt studded dark chocolate up front with a big and percussive bitterness by the mid palate; a bitterness looked for and loved in the export style.
