Cidrerie Du Golfe make certified organic, natural ferment cider with no added sulphur from Brittany. 5.5 Ha of orchards (around 500 trees) all within 5km of the farm where the cider is made using a press from the fifties. Fruit is only collected when it has naturally ripened and is falling from the trees and no chemicals are used in the cider making.

Made from a blend of 12 apple varietals ranging from bitter to bittersweet to sweet to sour. Dry, fruity and powerful and powerful at the same time, finishing with a lovely persistent bitterness.
