Cidrerie Du Golfe make certified organic, natural ferment cider with no added sulphur from Brittany. 5.5 Ha of orchards (around 500 trees) all within 5km of the farm where the cider is made using a press from the fifties. Fruit is only collected when it has naturally ripened and is falling from the trees and no chemicals are used in the cider making.

For Baphomet, Marc and François recycle the lees used for making pommeau into the fermentation process for this cuvée, resulting in a cider of profound depth, rich aromas, a slight woodiness and an intriguing licorice finish.
