This single variety Katy apple cider is a nod to the variety made slightly more famous by one of the ‘big guys’ but they won’t let anyone else use the name Katy for their cider so here is the Gaelic version for you! WIld fermented and matured in oak barrels. Dry, fruity and full bodied.
