Caledonian Tha Sin Blasta

This cider is rare for two reasons. Firstly it’s made from a single apple variety called Ellisons Orange. Secondly these particular apples were grown in a secluded orchard in the hills above Loch Ness which, due to the famously inclement weather only tends to crop every four or five years. A rare vintage indeed! Red fruit forward with a perceived sweetness to complement the acidity perfectly. 7%
