A blend of the best bittersweets and bittersharps from 2022 (Stoke Red, Michelin, Sheep's Nose and Collington Big Bitters) keeved and then conditioned in bottle to get a glorious fizz on opening and some gorgeous carbonic acid in the mouthfeel.Nicely chilled it opens with a fine nittiness and whizz of bright gold cider. On the nose slate and spice with clove and orange blossom mingle with a touch of roll your own tobacco. In the mouth ripe red apples flecked with liquorice and leather. The residual sweetness and bitterness of apple makes this cider both engaging and refreshing. Drink it solo or paired with Hereford rump steak and new potatoes Alc. 5% vol
