Still, dry cider made in Ayrshire with Egremont Russet
Our artisan cider is made from ethically sourced, local apples all from the South West coast of Scotland.
The fruit in this bottling is all gathered from the Ayrshire countryside and then hand-pressed to extract as much of their tasty, sweet juice as possible. We don’t add any extra water or sugar to our product at any stage, we just let the juice and our cider yeast work together to make our stunning product.
We allow our cider to ferment for around 6 months, to get the maximum effect from our fruit and yeast marriage. We also rack our cider regularly to get a pure taste. The end product is a higher ABV and a deeper, richer flavour profile.
