    Bullfinch. A little sharpness on the tongue but with a long dry finish and a complex flavour of apples, spice and wood, this cider is a more sophisticated west-country style cider than Nuthatch, more like a wine in some ways.

    Bullfinch is a great evening cider and excellent for cooking with as well - we often de-glaze a frying-pan or roasting tin with Bullfinch and base a delicious sauce on this.

    We use around 20% local apples in Bullfinch; the rest are Kingston Black and Bulmers Norman cider apples and come from a friend in Herefordshire.

    Free of all additives and preservatives, 6.5% ABV.
