A coferment of a pilsner wort, blended with pressed Herefordshire Perry pears. Cofermented in tank for 6 months and then allowed to condition in bottle for 3 months, this is a beautiful crisp Biere du Verger with Harlequin hoppiness cutting through the citrus character of the pears.
