Described by Tom as probably the best still Perry he has ever made, this is a blend of 6 different pear varietals, some portions of which were keeved, and then matured in French white wine barrels and Jamaican rum barrels. The result is succulent and full bodied, full of zingy citrus and tropical fruit, with a touch of warmth from the barrels.
