Rural method, still, medium dry cider

Aged in bottle after fermentation for an extended period, to soften the tannin and develop the structure. Some residual sweetness remains due to the use of the rural method of racking during fermentation.

Traditional orchards, hand picked fruit, wild yeasts only and no additives.
