Bone dry, single orchard cider
Bone dry, tannic single orchard cider. Cooth orchard is certainly a curiosity - an old farm orchard which outlives the farmhouse and buildings which were lost in a fire last century. The blend is built around Stable Jersey and is high in tannin , very moorish and delicious. Worth experimenting with decanting. Drink with fatty foods like roast pork, braised mutton and extra mature Montgomery’s Cheddar.
