A rich, tannic, medium sweet cider, harvested in Beambridge, Shropshire.

Oonty Tump is a Shropshire/Welsh Borders word for mole hill – Oont being mole and Tump a hill. I've seen it written Hwnt, Want or Wut as well, but Oont was the most common, and most fun to write and say as well. Tump also can be used to a pile of apples for cider making – you tump them until ready to press.
