Sparkling Medium Sweet Fine Cider

A youthful, fruit forward bittersharp cider made solely from the famous Kingston Black apple. Hailed as being a great vintage quality apple to use on its own as it possesses the best attributes of lean apple acids, light but present tannins, and usually a good sweetness level to the juice. 

Fermented in wooden barrels with wild yeasts, the cider is showing some dark berry notes with tangy green apple on the nose, a nice jammy element on the palate, and a little spice marrying the bright acidity making this both refreshing and food friendly. Alc. 5.0% vol.
