    Cidrerie Du Golfe make certified organic, natural ferment cider with no added sulphur from Brittany. 5.5 Ha of orchards (around 500 trees) all within 5km of the farm where the cider is made using a press from the fifties. Fruit is only collected when it has naturally ripened and is falling from the trees and no chemicals are used in the cider making.

    A co-ferment of late-harvest Gamay with early-harvest apples. A long and slow fermentation over the course of 3 months results in a serene, balanced rosé-hued cider with light persistent bubbles.
