Cidrerie Du Golfe make certified organic, natural ferment cider with no added sulphur from Brittany. 5.5 Ha of orchards (around 500 trees) all within 5km of the farm where the cider is made using a press from the fifties. Fruit is only collected when it has naturally ripened and is falling from the trees and no chemicals are used in the cider making.

Hors-Norme is a rich, keeved cider from Brittany. A mix of hand-picked apples, some which are more bitter and some which are more sour than those found in your typical cider recipe, are blended to create this distinctive, slightly bitter and spicy cider. Far from the standards and the norms (‘Hors-Norme’).
