Packed with yuzu peel and freshly made lemonade our take on a Radler is super light, citrusy and aromatic. That floral yuzu hits immediately and persists when tasting, but is carefully balanced by an uncanny taste of lemon barley water, with just a hint of home grown lemon mint.    Beautifully pale white with glimpses of lemon yellow the colour certainly screams ‘Radler’! But our take is certainly on the lighter side of things. Almost seltzer like- perhaps it is best to consider it a slimline Radler. Less sugar but still full on flavour & fun!    Oh jeez, is this a new style? No, no. Call it a Radler. Call it ‘Kaido’: meaning ‘road’ in Japanese, this is Dookit’s tribute to the style and the German road cyclists who inspired the inception of the style.    Artwork by Yuko Hirono who also inspired the use of Yuzu.
