    Traditional method cider from West Sussex

    The gateway to all that they do at Tinston wine and cider, and their most highly awarded cider to date. Bold, crisp and refreshing. All of the elegance, refinement and complexity of fine sparkling wine but with the bold tannic apple qualities of traditional cider. 

    Produced from a carefully selected blend of Russet, Cox, Worcester and Bramley apples and long lees-aged for a minimum of 18 months for added complexity. Zingy apple cider notes with the dry mid-pallet feel and the fine bubbles you would expect from a high quality sparkling wine. 

    Best served cold in flutes. Pairs well with classic apple combinations such as roast pork and other red meat and cheese, or more adventurous combinations such as smoked salmon or oysters.
