Strawberry Norman is the name of an old Herefordshire cider apple. Information on it is scarce beyond its brief entry in the 1884 Herefordshire Pomona. We have one single tree and this is the first single tree variety cider we have been able to make. It is an easy drinking bittersweet apple. Gently tannic with a fruity midpalate, very pleasant indeed. There are no strawberries in this bottle.
