Cornish, full juice, wild fermented dry sparkling cider, barrel aged.
A delicious and vibrant cider made from a blend of Yarlington Mill, Norwood, Browns, and Ellis Bitter, handpicked from orchards we manage regeneratively on the South Coast of Cornwall. Wild fermented and aged on lees for 11 months in oak barrels, before spending a further 13 months (before release) ageing in bottle.
We get notes of tropical fruits and fresh citrus, followed by subtle spice and a gentle hint of salinity. Designed to be enjoyed at the table, perfect with anything salty and savoury. Think roasted meats, rich mushroom dishes, cheese, or spicy dishes.6.5% abv
