    Cornish full juice, sparkling, wild fermented dry cider.

    no added sulphites | barrel aged | 6.7% ABV

    A blend of 70% Sweet Alford with Browns, Hocking’s Green, Lord of the Isles, and Cats Head. Fermented and aged for 8 months in oak barrels.

    Vibrant and refreshing with a crisp minerality — notes of honeydew melon and grapefruit, with a delicate hint of vanilla from oak ageing.

    Pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled white fish, light salads, risotto, feta, goat’s cheese, and charcuterie.

    We’re a small husband-and-wife cidery based in South East Cornwall, producing low-intervention, natural cider from our own ecologically managed orchards.

    Our ciders are designed with the table in mind: elegant, expressive, and best served in a wine glass alongside food. Each one is made from 100% Cornish apples, handpicked from unsprayed orchards, fermented with wild yeast, and aged naturally for over 16 months. We don’t add sulphites, preservatives, or any other additives.
