Sparkling Medium Fine Perry 

SHHH is the sound of the fizz as you pour this beautifully conditioned perry. A blend of perry pears from a 60 year old orchard nestled in the heart of Herefordshire, keeved to slow the ferment and bottled before the ferment ends, so that in-bottle conditioning takes place, to give a naturally sparkling perry with ripe pear sweetness.

Nice pop on opening. Ripe confectionary citrus fruit aroma lifted by a steady stream of small bubbles. Mouthfuls of elderflower, gooseberry, lime and melon with a long rich pear finish. 

Chill upright, open & pour with care.
