    This multi vintage cider was created in the blending room with Rebecca Holden of Hafod Cheddar and Sam Wilkin. While tasting the Hafod Cheddar cheese and nosing and rubbing forage and black oats from Bwlchwernen Fawr which the cows love to graze they found this perfect blend. 

    A blend of some 24 barrels of bittersweet cider (48%), a tank of bittersharp Kingston Black (48%) and Foxwhelp (4%) combined to produce a cider to complement this extraordinary cheese.
