Wholly riper and more luscious than it's delicate, crystalline 2021 predecessor, the fruit this time around is a spectrum of yellow - mango, peach & pineapple - sitting within a fabulously long, textured and complex liquid. With a hint of ripe tannin, a touch of sweetness and balanced, poised acidity, this perry speaks eloquently of the glory of the vintage.

It's a perry that is very food friendly and works beautifully well with vegetarian dishes and fine seafood. Abv 7%
