Organic, gently sparkling, single variety Yarlington Mill
A superb single variety cider made from 2023 harvest. This Yarlington Mill Cider was bottled just before fermentation concluded, helping exhibit a natural, gentle sparkle with a subtle tannic finish due to the modest secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a rich dark amber colour.
