Stoke Red is a bitter sharp apple which produces a cider with a good balance of both acidity and tannin. This bottle is made from just one single tree planted on Brooke Farm nearly forty years ago. In 2021 the fruit had higher than normal tannins so the cider was left to mature and develop to give it real depth of flavour and complexity. 6%
