Dookit Uto Pale

An Extra Pale Ale perfectly suited for Summer sipping. We got together with Uto Beer of Borough Market in London to brew up an extra special English hopped pale. A beer that promotes the quality and breadth of flavour of the hops, which were all grown on one carbon neutral farm.

The beer is dry, light and (you guessed it) super fruity. We're talking: candied oranges, intense apricots and tropical fruits like mango and pineapple all permeate the nose and pop on the palate.

We wanted to pair the fruitiness with a firm bitterness. After all an Extra Pale Ale deserves extra flavour and more bitterness compared to your standard pale ale. Expect a hedgerow earthiness, which we find is the best way to describe the green, almost woody, flavour English hops tend to add. We love it and find it very refreshing. But see what you think! You may even get the Iron Bru aroma that we're getting.

Hops: Ernest, Cascade, Admiral, Pilgrim and Endeavour.
